We accept returns within 30 days of the receipt for most items in new condition.
Return & Refund Policy
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any return that does not meet our policy or exceeded the valid 30 days return period will not be accepted. If the return is not related to quality issues, shipping cost will be beard by customer.
We understand that you have the right to raise a dispute so as to protect your payment safety, but please be informed that a Charge Back process may take up to 180 days, we kindly ask you to contact with Customer Service Team for assistance in advance, our team will ensure to offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

Return and Refund Procedure
1.Please contact our Customer Service Team to apply return, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If there is any quality issue, please provide related images of said item(s) accordingly.
2.You will receive a confirmation email with return address from our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
3.After receiving return instructions, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and provide the related waybill number to our Customer Service Team once you shipped out the parcel.
4.Within 5-10 days after our warehouse has received and checked your return item(s) , the corresponding refund will be issued to the original payment method according to your communication with our service team.
