3.How do we share your information?

3.2.1 The “Outside Third-Parties" including, but not limited to organizations, advertisers, Analytics and search engine providers, business partners, payment processing providers for the purpose of carrying out certain tasks. In each case, we will endeavor to ensure your data being processed and disposed in a way that strictly within the designated purposes and to mandate these third parties to follow our instructions and guidelines.

4.1 How do we store your data?

4.1.1 Data transmission; URFG is a global company with a global footprint, That means the data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside Singapore that may not be subject to equivalent PDPA . Nevertheless, we will ensure the standard of protection to personal data so transferred that is comparable to the protection under Singapore. Such as by using Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure a similar level of protection as granted within the Singapore/EU/EEA or other lawful grounds for transfer.
