3.How do we share your information?

4.1 How do we store your data?
4.1.1 Data transmission; URFG is a global company with a global footprint, That means the data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside Singapore that may not be subject to equivalent PDPA . Nevertheless, we will ensure the standard of protection to personal data so transferred that is comparable to the protection under Singapore. Such as by using Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure a similar level of protection as granted within the Singapore/EU/EEA or other lawful grounds for transfer.
